Accommodation

For anyone wishing to book accommodation at the St John’s hotel on Wednesday 20 May, there is a preferential rate available of £99 B&B inc VAT.  However, places are limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis. 

To reserve accommodation on 20 May, please call 0121 711 3000 and press 1 for reservations. Please quote Playing for Success conference. 

The online registration system will ask if you have booked accommodation at St John’s on 20 May, if you have done so, please ensure you complete this section of the form to prevent being allocated to an overspill hotel.

Only delegates attending the event for both days are entitled to accommodation on Thursday 21 May. 
As with previous years, there are a number of overspill hotels.  Allocation to overspill hotels is based on last year's distribution and every effort is made to allocate accommodation as fairly as possible.
